Yardley Towns is a 4 storey stacked 20 unit condominium townhouse project at 1165 O’Connor Drive under development by Manorgate Homes.  The design is for two and three bedroom ‘back to back’ townhouses with 17 underground and 3 surface parking spaces for residents.  No visitor parking is planned.  Amenities include a barbecue and dining area, fireplace lounge, party room, roof top patio and fitness centre.  It replaces the automotive repair shop at 1165 O’Connor Drive that was demolished in 2020.  

The developer submitted an application on March 23, 2017 and the City recommended approval January 19, 2021. Statement of approval is pending.  Pre-construction sales are expected in the near future.  The architect is Guthrie Muscovitch, who also designed Amsterdam Towns, just north of the site.
